Sales Tax Information
All orders placed with us will be assessed a sales tax of 6.25%, applied to the amount of the order. This tax rate is based upon the rate Illinois businesses pay, regardless of the destination of your order.
Order Changes
Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or currently en route to delivery. If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any order, simply call us directly at 309-695-9966.
Substitution Policy
Periodically, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme, and color pattern of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to the increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

25 mile radius including the following areas: Bradford, Camp Grove, Castleton, Duncan, Galva, Kewanee, LaFayette, Princeville, Toulon, Speer, West Jersey, Wyoming.
Special circumstances may allow us to deliver outside of this range. Delivery charges will vary outside of this range.
Delivery Policy
U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 Noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following business day. We do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day; however, we cannot guarantee it.
